today was not a fun day.

let me start off by saying that i picked up more hours a week with one of my clients. she was having some problems in the classroom, so my agency sent me in to try and fix the situation. this means that i am working well over 40 hours. in work terms, not so bad but working with autistic children...it's like working a 60 hour week.

my problem was not with her today (usually never is). in fact it was with another child i have. of course i am not able to go into too much detail but i'll just say that it was a trying day.  i love this boy but he drained me completely. oh well i guess it comes with the territory. tomorrow will be a new day.

how about them pens? tomorrow at school (with my autistic kids) it is dress for pittsburgh penguins day. so i'll be wearing my tee shirt in support of my great hockey team. one more game away from the next round in the playoffs.

ps. my purse, jewelry and cash party i went to....yeah i didn't win anything. on one hand i was bummed, but then again the purses turned out not to be realy anyways. at least i still donanted to a good cause (MS).

This week has just flown by. It amazes me that my whole week is routine but I am still amazed at how quickly the weekend comes.

I was able to have a lighter load at work this week due to two of my kids school being canceled so I was in the home with them instead. Overall it was not so bad. A few punches and kicks but I'm alright. haha

I am looking forward to this weekend. Tonight...nothing spectacular is happening but I get to relax. Saturday Eric's middle brother turns 21 so there is a big party at a club for him. It amazes me at how fast times go and that next year his middle brother will be finished with college. Crazy. Then on sunday I am getting up at the crack of dawn (I'm hoping this works out...still not a morning person) to go to my aunt's to go to some kind of a purse, jewelry and money bash. I'm told it is suppose to be like a gun bash (whatever that is) and every 5 minutes a raffle number is pulled and someone wins either of the three. I believe the cause is for their firehall/firemen to raise money for MS. So I'm in.

Hope everyone has a great week.

welcome back

Ok. so I've been gone for ages. I guess I just needed some time away. I'm going to try this again because I miss writing on here. anyways...since I've been gone.

I am working as a Tss still. I go to autistic kid's schools and home and give them tools to help cope with society and social norms. I like my job, hate the pay, but love the kids. So I guess that wins out. I have three, my oldest is 16 and my youngest is 6. They all are so special and touch my heart so much. I had to move back home to start and save up money for the next few years. I guess it's not a bad idea to save some money.

Eric got a job full time as a football coach for his high school and is also substituting there pretty much full time. We are hoping that he gets a teaching job there this summer. I got to spend the whole football season getting use to watching a team play from the stands instead of on the field. That was definately a different experience. I hope to find a cheerleading coaching job within the next few years. We'll see though. I definately liked sitting in the stands with the other coaches wives and families. Other than that nothing new has been happening that seems remotely interesting. Life is life...It's going just fine.

Easter is on sunday and I can hardly believe it is here already. I just feel like football season just ended and now we are onto spring already? Man, is time still flying by. My mom and I really don't have any big Easter plans other than church and probablly going to Eric's families. My Godmother is in town for the weekend so I will get to see her and I'm super excited.

well, the day has finally come. i finally graduated from college and it feels great to be done (well almost done). this year we were allowed to sit where ever we wanted. so by my honey and some of our friends we sat. i was so nervous this morning that i couldn't sleep. i was so afraid that i would fall walking in front of everyone or something. but thank god i did not.

eric's family and my family came up and we got to celebrate together. it was great. after taking tons of pictures and making sure we had everyone together, we finally went out to eat. then i entertained everyone back at my apartment.

today was such a special day and i am glad that i decided to walk. it meant so much more to me.

i start class on monday and my internship tuesday. i am so blessed that my internship is not only an internship but a full time paid position (with benefits) that once i finally receive my degree in august, i will be transferring to an office closer to pittsburgh. i am so excited

well i am off to relaxing before tonight. the whole crew is getting together for one last big hooray.

the end is drawing near. school is almost over and i feel like i have sooo much to do. senioritis has definitely kicked in. i know i have tons to do but i don't feel like doing anything. i wish it was warmer outside.

on a different note. Danielle came up to see me friday and ending up staying the weekend. i enjoyed having her here. we did alot of hanging out and of course wouldn't be a complete trip unless we did some shopping and grabbed a starbucks. it was really good seeing D and spending some girl time.

other than that...nothing new to report. it's been pretty boring around here.
